We offer unlimited revisions, or a 100% instant refund before printing.
When will my order ship?+
Standard production is 2–5 business days after proof approval. With Rush Production (24h), approve your proof by 2 PM CST and your order ships the next business day. Every order ships nationwide from Winnipeg, Manitoba with tracked Canada Post or Purolator, so there are no border delays, customs fees or duties.
Are H-stakes included?+
They're an add-on: C$1.50 per stake. Tick "Add Galvanized H-Stakes" in the order form and heavy-duty 10" × 30" galvanized wire stakes ship in the same box as your signs.
What if there's a mistake on my signs?+
If your signs have a printing defect, the wrong size, or don't match your approved proof, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll reprint them free or refund you. Approved orders can't be cancelled or returned, and we can't refund or replace signs damaged in shipping. See our return policy.
What file should I upload?+
PDF, AI, PNG or JPG up to 50MB. No design? Tick "I don't have a design" at checkout and our team will design it for free.
How long do the signs last outdoors?+
4mm Coroplast is moisture-resistant and our UV-resistant inks are made for direct sun, so your signs stay bright and readable outdoors.
