Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be new and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom or personalized products (engraved, printed, or personalized to order)
• Sale items and gift cards
• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

For all other eligible items, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective reasons within the conditions above.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@echipmunk.com. Returns must be approved before items are sent back.

Approved returns may be completed using one of the following methods:

• At a drop-off location

Return Shipping
If your return request is approved, we will provide a free return shipping label. The return label is provided to you by email after approval, ready to download and print.

Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it quickly.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges on eligible items. The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement product.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 30 days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
