Yes — drop-shipping to individual home addresses is included free. Send us the new-hire roster (name + shipping address) and we'll assemble, brand, and ship a personalized kit to each address across Canada. Common for remote and hybrid teams.
Day One kits start around C$25-40 per hire (tumbler + notebook + pen + welcome card). Premium welcome kits run C$60-120 (leather journal + premium pen + insulated bottle + tote). Tech kits with power banks and chargers are C$80-150. All include branding and basic packaging.
Standard production is 2–5 business days after you approve the digital proof. Add 2–7 days for tracked Canada Post or Purolator shipping. Total turnaround: roughly 2–3 weeks for most orders, including the proof phase.
Yes — rush production (24–72 hours) is available on most products for a 25% surcharge. Express shipping is extra. Contact us before placing the order so we can confirm we can hit your deadline.
For most orders: 50% deposit on confirmation, 50% before shipping. Approved corporate accounts (after first order) can request Net 30 payment terms. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, e-transfer, and direct deposit.
Yes. Pre-production samples are available for a small fee (refunded against bulk orders of 100+). For most projects, the free 24-hour digital proof is enough — we mock your logo on the actual product so you can see exactly how it'll engrave.
