Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within Canada from our Winnipeg, Manitoba facility.

Estimated Delivery Time

Total estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days within Canada to most provinces, including 1 business day for processing and quality checks at our Winnipeg facility, plus 3–5 business days carrier transit time via Canada Post.

Delivery to remote territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut) may take 7–10 business days depending on carrier route.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping (Canada — 10 main provinces): CA$7.90 flat rate, regardless of order weight or size.
  • Free shipping (Canada — 10 main provinces): Orders of CA$50.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Standard shipping (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut): CA$24.90 flat rate.
  • Free shipping (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut): Orders of CA$150.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (Winnipeg) Monday–Friday will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking is provided through Canada Post.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within Canada. International orders are not accepted at this time.

Delays

Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, severe weather, or due to carrier delays that are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post or other carriers once your order has been handed over for shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at info@echipmunk.com with photographs of the damage. Lost packages should be reported as soon as possible — we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve.

Address Changes

Address changes are only possible before an order has been processed. Once your order is in production, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout.
