Rates are flat per order. The free-shipping threshold is based on the order subtotal before tax.
3–5 business days via Canada Post to most addresses; 7–10 business days to Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Total delivery time = production time + transit time.
Free pickup is available at 421 Mulvey Ave, Winnipeg, MB. Choose "Pickup" at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.
You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays or peak seasons are outside our control.
Once your order is handed to Canada Post, the carrier is responsible for it in transit. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, email info@echipmunk.com within 7 days with photos and we'll help you file a claim with Canada Post.
