Yes — we engrave any professional credentials after the staff name: DDS, RDN, RN, NP, MD, PA, RHIA, RDH, PT, OT and more. Multiple lines, fonts, and a clinic logo all on the same badge — no per-line surcharge. Magnetic backing standard (no pin holes in scrubs).
Standard production is 2–5 business days after you approve the digital proof. Add 2–7 days for tracked Canada Post or Purolator shipping. Total turnaround: roughly 2–3 weeks for most orders, including the proof phase.
Yes — rush production (24–72 hours) is available on most products for a 25% surcharge. Express shipping is extra. Contact us before placing the order so we can confirm we can hit your deadline.
For most orders: 50% deposit on confirmation, 50% before shipping. Approved corporate accounts (after first order) can request Net 30 payment terms. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, e-transfer, and direct deposit.
