Yes — realtors are one of our biggest housewarming customers. Order a small ready-stock of unbranded Welcome Home boards, then we engrave the family name + closing date the morning of possession day for same-day pickup. See our real estate closing gifts page for the dedicated realtor program.
Standard production is 2–5 business days after you approve the digital proof. Add 2–7 days for tracked Canada Post or Purolator shipping. Total turnaround: roughly 2–3 weeks for most orders, including the proof phase.
Yes — rush production (24–72 hours) is available on most products for a 25% surcharge. Express shipping is extra. Contact us before placing the order so we can confirm we can hit your deadline.
