Yes — you can drop off your own items (tumblers, cutting boards, awards, pet tags, etc.) at our Winnipeg workshop. We'll assess the material and surface first to confirm clean engraving is possible. If a material isn't suitable, we'll tell you before any work begins.
For a single item with approved artwork, we can often turn it around in 1–2 business days. Pet tags are usually same-day or next-day. Walk in during business hours and we'll give you a specific ETA.
Yes. We ship orders across Manitoba and Canada-wide via Canada Post and courier. Free shipping is available on orders over $50. Outside Winnipeg customers often send their artwork and items by mail — the finished items ship right back.
