How long does production take?
Most branded product orders are produced in 3–5 business days in our Winnipeg workshop. Shipping time is added on top — total delivery ranges from 5–14 business days depending on your location in Canada. You'll see an exact estimate on each product page once you set your postal code.
Can I upload my own logo, design, or photo?
Yes — every customizable product supports your own artwork. During checkout you can upload your file, or email it to us afterward referencing your order number. We'll review it before production and contact you if anything needs adjustment.
What file formats do you accept?
For best results we recommend vector formats:
Vector (preferred): .ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf
Raster (high-res): .png, .jpg — min 300 DPI
Don't have a usable file? Send us what you have — our in-house designers can clean it up or redraw it for free on most orders.
Will I see a proof before you engrave or print?
Absolutely. For every custom order we email you a digital proof showing exactly how your design will look on the product. Production starts only after you approve the proof. You can request revisions — free of charge.
Is the engraving permanent? Will it fade or scratch off?
Engraved branding is permanent — it physically removes a thin layer of the material, so the mark cannot fade, peel, or wash off. Printed branding uses UV-cured ink that bonds to the surface. Both finishes are dishwasher-safe and weather-resistant on appropriate materials.
What's your return policy for customized items?
Because custom-made items are unique to you, we can't accept returns for change-of-mind. However, if your order has a defect, damage, or our mistake (wrong engraving, poor quality), we'll remake or refund it — no questions asked. See our full Refund Policy.
Do you offer bulk or corporate discounts?
Yes — we specialize in corporate gifts, awards, and branded merchandise. Discounts start at 10+ units and scale up for larger orders. Request a free quote or email sales@echipmunk.com with your quantity and deadline.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Currently we ship within Canada only. We're working on adding US shipping soon — if you're outside Canada and need a custom order, contact us directly and we'll see what we can do.
